V1.0.2
UInjectForge 1.0.2
Version 1.0.2 fixes a base-download validation issue that could incorrectly reject valid Title ID and Title Key combinations as mismatched. Users affected by this should update and retry the same information.
Some macOS 1.0.1 downloads also appear to have lost required filesystem metadata, including symbolic links and executable permissions, during post-notarization distribution. The Intel and Apple Silicon packages have been replaced with newly signed and notarized builds with additional integrity checks. Mac users should remove version 1.0.1 before downloading 1.0.2.
Most other work in this release prepares UInjectForge for future mobile versions and should not change established desktop injection behavior. Desktop users still receive the base-download correction and other targeted reliability fixes.

I try to do a base download and it fails immediately. Is there something i've done wrong?
I uninstalled UWUVCI and did a fresh reinstall.
I'm assuming you mean UInjectForge (UIF). UIF doesn't need to be installed, so all you have to do is delete the folder that you downloaded and open up the new one. Did you do anything else to "uninstall" the program? A user mentioned that they deleted their AppData folder for UIF, and then the program started acting weird. They stated once they deleted their workspace folder (you can figure this out by going to Utilities -> "Settings and Storage" -> "Storage") it made the program work properly again.
I hadn't used the tool in a few months. So it was under a new name when I went to start it up again. So I uninstalled it from the itch.io launcher and reinstalled it
I see the confusion, so this is a completely different tool, I migrated everyone who bought my fork of UWUVCI to this program which I made completely from scratch. I didn't even think about using the itch.io launcher to download this program, so I should see if maybe that's getting in the way. Could you possibly share your log file or something so I can have an idea of what the issue is? Without an error message, I'm basically looking around in the dark.
I tried deleting the Workspace folder... that didn't seem to work either. The downloads keep failing.
